Welcome to KBT Car Detailing. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Service Agreement

 

KBT Car Detailing provides mobile vehicle detailing services at your location. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to grant access to your vehicle and property as needed to complete the detailing service.

 

2. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, or mobile payment platforms.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.

  • Rescheduling is allowed once per booking if done 24+ hours in advance.

 

4. Refund Policy

All payments and deposits are non-refundable. Services are rendered based on the time, labor, and materials involved.

 

5. Weather Conditions

In the event of inclement weather (e.g., heavy rain, storms), KBT Car Detailing reserves the right to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.

 

6. Vehicle Condition

  • You must disclose any known issues with your vehicle (e.g., electrical faults, leaks, damage).

  • Excessively dirty vehicles (e.g., biohazards, mold, pet hair) may incur additional charges.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle condition poses a health or safety risk.

 

7. Liability

  • KBT Car Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage or defects in your vehicle.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by poor paint condition, aftermarket parts, or improper prior maintenance.

  • Customers are responsible for securing personal belongings before service begins.

 

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours. We’ll make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

 

9. Privacy

Your personal information is used only to manage appointments and communicate with you. We do not share your data with third parties without consent.

 

10. Changes to Terms

KBT Car Detailing reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
