All sales and deposits are final. Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once the service has been booked or completed.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.

Refunds will not be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
