  • All sales and deposits are final. Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once the service has been booked or completed.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.

  • Refunds will not be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.

  • We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.
